RN, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) | Pronouns: she/they

Hi there, my name's Nikki
it's nice to meet you

Over the past decade, I’ve had the honour of guiding individuals toward (re)discovering what it means to feel empowered in their bodies, relationships, and the world around them. My practice is built on authentic connection, safety, and trust, offering a compassionate space for individuals and couples to explore their inner worlds.

As a relational therapist, I am deeply committed to creating a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. I know how vulnerable seeking help can be, and I take great care in fostering a supportive and trusting relationship while focusing on creating a warm, nurturing environment where it’s safe to be vulnerable, express your truth, and embrace your whole, authentic self.

By turning inward, we'll tap into core physical, emotional, or relational experiences and/or traumas stored in the mind-body, opening up space to process past wounds, gain new insight, and make meaningful connections. Together, we will connect the past to the present in ways that foster self-compassion and lasting change.

Whether you’re seeking individual, relationship, or sex therapy, we will work collaboratively to slow down, hold space, and begin to foster new narratives, emotional experiences, and balance. If you're ready to take that step, I invite you to reach out. Let's begin this transformative journey together.

A gentle reminder that healing is not linear.

An Inter-sectional Approach

Relational Psychodynamic
Relational psychodynamic therapy focuses on how past and present relationships, including the therapeutic relationship, shape our emotional well-being. It examines how early attachment patterns and interpersonal dynamics influence current behaviors and feelings. This approach helps individuals and couples improve their relationships, address deep emotional issues, and achieve a more authentic sense of self.

I acknowledge that I am situated on the traditional lands of the Haudenosaunee, the Anishinaabe ᐊᓂᔑᓈᐯᐗᑭ and the Wendat, and the treaty territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit. Today, Tkaronto is home to many First Nations, Métis, and Inuit peoples and I am grateful for the opportunity to live on and share this land in caring for our community.
